At Empire Gallery, every canvas is printed on demand and carefully packaged before shipping. We want your order to arrive in excellent condition and match what you purchased.
30-Day Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day refund policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to contact us about a return, refund, or replacement.

Please include your order number, the email used at checkout, and clear photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your canvas arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Once we review the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
Please include clear photos of:
- The full canvas
- The damaged or incorrect area
- The packaging, if the package arrived damaged
Returns
Because our canvas prints are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, wrong shipping address entered by the customer, or a change of mind after the order has been produced.
If there is a problem with your order, contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be sent back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank, credit card provider, or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled if production has not started yet. Since each canvas is made on demand, we cannot guarantee cancellation after an order is placed.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your tracking shows no movement for an unusual amount of time, or your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us at theviewingpov@gmail.com so we can review the issue.
