Each canvas is printed on demand, securely packaged, and shipped with tracking whenever available.

Estimated shipping times after fulfillment:

United States: 2–5 business days
Canada: 2–5 business days
United Kingdom: 2–3 business days
Germany: 2–5 business days
Spain: 2–3 business days
Australia: 3–6 business days
International: 10–30 business days

These are estimated shipping times and do not include production time. Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Processing and Production

All canvas prints are made on demand. Production time may vary depending on order volume and product availability.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email when available.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is included on all canvas orders. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, import taxes, or other charges depending on the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned, delayed, lost, or delivered to the wrong address because of an incorrect address entered by the customer, Empire Gallery may not be responsible for replacing or refunding the order.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us immediately at theviewingpov@gmail.com. We will try to update the address if the order has not entered production or shipping.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at theviewingpov@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
